Am I a tax resident in Spain?
According to the Agencia Tributaria you are resident in Spain if at least one of these is true:
- you stay in Spain for more than half of the year
- the main centre of your economic interests (work, business, activities) is in Spain
You are also presumed resident if your spouse and minor children live here. You are resident or non-resident for the whole year. Tax residence of individuals (Agencia Tributaria)
Do you have income in two countries? This depends on your personal situation: a professional can tell you what to do in your case. → Ask for a consultation
