Privacy

Here we explain, in plain language, what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect and why

  • Consultation form: the data you type (name, email, nationality, city, service and message). We use it to handle your request and put you in touch with a professional.
  • "Advertise your business" form: the business and contact details you type. We use them to reply to the business.
  • WhatsApp: your phone number and the messages you send us. We use them to reply to your messages.

Legal basis

We process your data because you give us your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and because you make a request that we need to deal with (art. 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to third parties. The only exception is the professional you choose for your consultation: we send them your data only with your consent.

Providers involved

  • Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling). Its servers are in the USA; the international transfer relies on standard contractual clauses.
  • WhatsApp / Meta, when you message us on WhatsApp. Their processing follows their own privacy policy.
  • The fonts (Archivo and Inter) are served from this same site, so we do not send data to Google for that reason.

How long we keep your data

For as long as needed to handle your request and, after that, for 12 months at most.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to romanello.matteo87@gmail.com.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.

If in doubt, the Spanish text prevails: it is the legal reference.
