Enrol your children in school
Schools depend on the autonomous community (the region): rules and dates change from one to another. Compulsory secondary school (ESO) is compulsory and free.
- Find the education website of your autonomous community.
- Look at the schools near your home and their admission requirements.
- Submit the admission application in the period set by your autonomous community. If you arrive during the year, ask how to apply.
- Prepare the documents. Each school or community may ask for extra documents: always check its page.
